Brian Salem
Brian Salem’s real estate story started with one bold leap. After graduating from Bowling Green State University in 2001, he moved from Dayton to Cleveland — and just two years later, took a chance on a new career in real estate. By 2003, he discovered what would become his lifelong passion: helping people achieve homeownership and building lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Jackie Salem
As the behind-the-scenes guru of The Salem Team, Jackie keeps everything running smoothly. She ensures our agents stay organized, informed, and connected. She coordinates marketing efforts, managing communication, and planning the memorable client events our community looks forward to each year. With her passion for people and extensive background in new home sales, training, and lead management she comes with an understanding of what tools agents need and what experience clients expect.
A dedicated volunteer with Meals on Wheels and an active supporter in local schools, Jackie believes in giving back and strengthening the community that she and her family love. Originally from Chicago, she’s grown to call Avon home and proudly cheers on all things Cleveland.

Ada Roman is a premier real estate agent in the Northeast Ohio area. She moved to Cleveland from Romania 25 years ago, and received a bachelors degree from John Carroll University in Business and Marketing.
